Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Trikolor Handelsgesellschaft UG, Bilker Allee 16, 40219 Düsseldorf, Germany, Email: shop@jimgreenfootwear.de, Telephone: +49 211 924 198 65) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by post, fax, or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, though this is not required.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we were informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged fees for the refund. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Please note: Returns of underwear cannot be accepted due to hygiene reasons, as these products cannot be reintroduced into the sales assortment.
