Terms & Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed in our online shop by consumers (§ 13 BGB) and business customers (§ 14 BGB). Deliveries are made only to the countries selectable at checkout.

2. Contracting Party

3. Contract Languages & Storage of the Contract Text

Contract languages: German, English, French. In case of discrepancies, the German version prevails.
We store the contract text and send you the order data and these T&Cs by e-mail. If you have created a customer account, you can view past orders there.

4. Conclusion of Contract (Order Process / Button Solution)

The product presentation in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an offer.
By completing the order process (button: “order with obligation to pay” or an equivalent clear wording), you submit a binding offer.
We confirm receipt of your order by e-mail (acknowledgement). The purchase contract is concluded only when we send a shipping confirmation or deliver the goods.

5. Prices, Shipping Costs, Delivery Area & Delivery Times

All prices are in euros and include statutory VAT, plus shipping costs shown at checkout.
Delivery area: to the countries selectable at checkout.
Delivery times (unless stated otherwise on the product page):

  • Germany: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days
    Collection in person is possible at:

    Opening hours: Wed–Fri 12:00–18:00, Sat 11:00–16:00
    Delivery to Packstation parcel lockers is not available.

6. Payment Methods

Depending on country/checkout display: Bank transfer (prepayment), credit card, PayPal/PayPal Express, Klarna, Sofort (bank transfer), cash on collection.
Klarna notice: Selecting Klarna may involve a credit check; receivables may be assigned to Klarna. The provider’s terms & privacy policy apply (linked at checkout).

7. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until paid in full.

8. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such defects to the carrier immediately if possible and contact us without delay. Your statutory rights remain unaffected but help us assert claims against the carrier.

9. Statutory Warranty & Guarantees

Statutory warranty (conformity) applies.

  • Consumers (B2C): Limitation period 2 years from delivery for new goods.

  • Used goods sold to consumers: Reduction to 1 year is possible only if expressly and individually agreed before the contract is concluded.

  • Business customers (B2B): Limitation period 1 year from delivery; recourse rights (§§ 445a, 445b BGB) remain unaffected.
    Guarantees: Any manufacturer guarantees exist independently of statutory rights; details can be found in the product description/manufacturer information.

10. Liability

We are fully liable for intent and gross negligence, for damage resulting from injury to life, body or health, for assumed guarantees, and under the Product Liability Act.
In cases of slight negligence, we are liable only for breaches of essential contractual duties (cardinal duties); liability is then limited to the typical foreseeable damage. All other claims for damages are excluded.

11. Alternative Dispute Resolution (VSBG)

We are willing to participate in dispute resolution before the following consumer arbitration board:

(Note: The former EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025.)

12. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal policy and model withdrawal form are provided separately, easily accessible (e.g., in the footer/checkout) and by e-mail after ordering.

13. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
For consumers with habitual residence outside Germany, mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence remain applicable.
If the customer is a merchant within the meaning of the German Commercial Code, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Düsseldorf.
