The delivery time is 3-4 working days , including processing and DHL shipping.
European Union
Shipping within the EU is carried out by DHL .
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location .
Example: Standard shipping within most EU countries 14,- €

The stated delivery time includes both processing and shipping time with DHL.
VAT:
As a German shop, our prices include German VAT (currently 19%) .
For deliveries to EU countries with different VAT rates, the price will be adjusted accordingly at checkout.
United Kingdom, Switzerland & international shipping
We ship worldwide with DHL .
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout depending on the delivery country.
Example: United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Greenland etc. €19
Delivery time is 2-6 working days , depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
The stated delivery time includes both our processing time and the shipping time with DHL. Customs processing may delay your shipment. We have no control over this.
Tax-free delivery outside the EU:
For delivery addresses outside the European Union, shipping is VAT-free .
Once you enter your shipping address, the price at checkout will automatically update to the net amount (without taxes).
Customs & import duties
International shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes , which are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary depending on the destination country and the value of the goods.
USA:
Please note that the previous exemption limit for duty-free deliveries under USD 800 no longer applies.
As of August 29, 2025, all international shipments to the United States may be subject to customs duties and taxes , regardless of the value of the goods or the country of origin .

Please check with your local customs authorities for possible fees, import taxes or import bans.
These charges are not levied by us and are not included in the purchase price .
We assume no responsibility for any additional fees , delays or costs incurred due to customs clearance or brokerage fees.
Important:
If a delivery is not accepted or picked up , all return shipping costs and any applicable fees will be borne by the buyer . These amounts will be deducted accordingly from any refunds.
