Notes on refusal of acceptance and incorrect addresses
Unjustified refusal of acceptance:
If the customer refuses to accept the goods without a valid reason, this does not constitute a withdrawal. Any resulting costs (e.g. return shipment, repeated delivery attempts, storage costs) may be charged to the customer. A refund will only be issued once the goods have been returned and these costs have been deducted.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery address:
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, the purchase contract remains valid. The costs of unsuccessful delivery attempts and the return shipment may be charged to the customer. If the customer does not request reshipment, the refund will only be issued once the goods have been returned and the costs incurred have been deducted. If reshipment is requested, the customer bears the new shipping costs.
